Nowadays it is practiced all over the world. Rolando Toro&#8217;s goal was promoting a situation of better well-being and health involving all the human areas &#8211; the physical, psychological and emotional one- connected to people, society and environment. His method, wich was able to develop a new vision referred to ourselves and the world around us, is the integrative &#8220;vivencia&#8221; that is a strongly deep experience happened in the present moment (&#8220;here and now&#8221;). Music, spontaneous movement, interaction with other people from the group offer the opportunity to see with new eyes and respect the natural biological rythms, every individual&#8217;s potentialities concerning his\/her authentical expression and better forms to connect with other prople. &#8220;Biodanza&#8221;&nbsp; is a process that promotes the individual wellbeing from a psychological and physical point of view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How it is possible to practice &#8220;Biodanza&#8221;? <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Biodanza&#8221; is an activity that unables the body to move. It is for everybody at&nbsp; every age, because special physical skills and dispositions are not requested. In particular a performance is not needed. It is practiced once a week in 2 hours lessons. Furthermore it is possible to join additional stages and theme meetings.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you practice &#8220;Biodanza&#8221;&nbsp; you can: <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>reduce stress level and boost your mood<\/li><li>recover the natural biological rythms<\/li><li>improve your ability to build new relationships<\/li><li>experience a fulfilled self-expression<\/li><li>appreciate and put in practice spontaneous and authentical body expressions<\/li><li>go back to your old potentialities<\/li><li>meet new people<\/li><li>If you practice &#8220;Biodanza&#8221;,&nbsp; you can go deeply into the old pleasure to live all the most important experiences through meeting other people and in particular yourself.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>&#8220;Biodanza&#8221; is a bridge between people<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Meeting other people and discovering a new self you can boost your mood and your assertiveness.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This happens according to the natural principle that shows that&nbsp; everything can finally manifest and fulfill when we are open-minded, happy and trustful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Practicing &#8220;Biodanza&#8221;&nbsp; you will never face random emotions but always the ones called &#8220;healthy emotions&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are talking about those emotions that, thanks to their inner qualities, are able to rise the dancer to his\/her maximum level of health in connection
