Montecatini Terme
Montecatini Terme is located in the heart of Tuscany at a few kilometers from the main cities of art such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Siena. It is easily reachable by highway, train and plane from the nearby airports of Pisa and Florence. Montecatini is surrounded by greenery with a large park in the center of the city, thermal establishments with an elegant spa, nice shops for shopping, trendy bars and excellent restaurants.

How to reach Montecatini Terme
By train
Florence – Lucca – Viareggio line. Station 1: Montecatini Terme – Monsummano. Station 2: Montecatini Centro
By car
Motorway Firenze – Mare (exit Montecatini Terme).
From Milan and Rome – A1 motorway towards Florence and the A11 motorway towards Pisa.
By plane
Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport (about 60 km). You can reach Montecatini Terme by train or by taxi
Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport (approx. 40 km). You can reach Montecatini Terme with the Lazzi bus

Hotel reservation method
The hotel reservation must be made through the booking form found below.
Once you have received the booking request, will be shown a selection of hotels available according to the requested characteristics. To have more choice, we therefore recommend that you make your reservation as soon as possible. We would like to clarify that it is possible, even in remote cases, that at the time of the request / reservation, there are no hotels available for the features you require (eg a specific category, number and type of rooms, absolute proximity to the competition fields etc ..) and therefore a different arrangement will be proposed.

Partecipation fees include:
2 nights stay: 1 day in half board + 1 day in full board + participation fee, stage, master class, conferences, accompanying pass for all days of stay.
3 nights stay: 1 day in half board + 2 days in full board + participation fee, stage, master class, conferences, accompanying passes for all days of stay.
4 nights stay: 1 day in half board + 3 days in full board + participation fee, stage, master class, conferences, accompanying passes for all days of stay.

Composition of hotel meals:
Breakfast: milk, tea, coffee, fruit juice, bread, butter, jam, honey, chocolate, brioche, rusks, cereals, cheese, cold cuts
Dinner: 1 first course, 1 second course with side dish + alternative cold dish, dessert or fruit, 1/2 mineral water

Car Parking
Hotels with private parking are a limited number and some are for a fee. However it is possible to park on the street in the blue stalls for a fee from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Daily tickets will be made available for € 3.05 to be collected directly in your hotels. Or you can stop in free parking spaces located on the edge of the city center

Tourist Bus Parking
Buses over 9 seats upon arrival in Montecatini Terme, will have to stop at the check point to pay and collect the entrance ticket and parking in the city of Montecatini Terme. Once the permit has been withdrawn, the bus will continue to the hotel to unload the passengers after which it will have to go in the designated parking lots. It is possible to make and prepay the bus permit online at www.montecatiniparcheggi.it. Payment of the ticket on the spot can only be made by credit card (no cash). The cost is € 36,00 per night up to 3 nights, for longer stays the cost is € 27,00 per night
